SERVICE CENTER (ATSSC)
The minimum ATSSC Service Charge for maintaining State
Registrations is $2500 per calendar year. This service charge covers our Computer
System Time, Registration Software Leasing, Registration Software
Maintenance, and ATSSC State Registration Specialist time. However,
as the number of units increase, the costs decrease. This savings
is passed on as indicated in the table below.

As the State Registration Forms and paperwork
are being prepared, you will be invoiced separately for the
Actual State Registration Fees charged by each State. These
fees currently add up to roughly $11,000 for one Product in
51 States. Actual State Registration Fee payments are held
in a separate Escrow Account. The Service Center may
not issue checks or submit/mail the completed paperwork package
to the States until the fees have been deposited into this
Escrow Account.
The invoice for the ATSSC Service Charge for maintaining
State Registrations will normally accompany the State Registration
Fees invoice. The Service Center has determined the costs
of the current registration/renewal direct expenses such as
copy services, shipping charges, and office charge, etc. The
direct expenses will be included on this invoice. The expenses
will range from $750-$1500.
There is a 10% Office Charge added to ATSSC
Service and ATS Consulting invoices to cover the day to day
expenses that are incurred with running our office. We made the
decision over eleven years ago that it was counter productive
for us to keep track of each individual expense and bill it out
to the proper client. Logging phone calls, faxes, emails,
copies, postage, etc. and then sorting the charges to each
client was very time consuming. That time is billed to the
client! That meant unproductive clerical time was being invoiced
out as Regulatory Consulting Services. The Office Charge solves
this problem.
This Estimate has given you an introduction to our State Pesticide
Registration Service. The System is actually a lot easier
than it sounds and our Registration Specialist will walk you
through the set-up. After the set-up, you have nothing else
to do! Your State Pesticide Registrations are maintained this
year and each year there after.
